Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges 

  • If you have made a purchase from Studio Rielle and have changed your mind an exchange is available within 14 days upon receiving your piece via mail and:
    • Pieces are in original packaging 
    • Pieces were not sale or discontinued items or custom pieces.
    • Your receipt is retained
    • Earrings can't be exchanged due to hygiene reasons
    • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds ( this includes any jewellery purchased with a discount code)  

      Refunds are not available unless a piece is faulty. 

      Unfortunately no exchanges are available on the following jewellery pieces (Unless faulty) ;
      • Purchased whilst on sale
      • That have been worn
      • Bought as a custom pieces
      • Are earrings
      • Earrings are unable to be exchanged for hygiene reasons, so please select your jewellery carefully.
      • All of our stones go through a quality check before they have been posted. A cracked stone will not be refunded or exchanged. Please view our FAQ for how to care for pieces that feature one of our stones. 
    • Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom made items. These items include custom engraving, stamped tags, custom initial/letter necklaces and bracelets, custom made jewelry upon request. 

    • If your item is faulty please contact Studio Rielle via our contact page or instagram. Please include the following:
      • Photos of items fault
      • Description of fault
      • Proof of purchase

        We do not give refunds or exchanges for general wear and tear

    Repairs 

    If your piece needs a repair, please contact Studio Rielle via our contact page or instagram for further assistance. Repair costs are on a case by case basis. Damaged or cracked stones are not covered. 

    Postage for returns or exchanges will be at the buyer's expense.  We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
